Founder, Owner & Physiotherapist
Jihad El-Masri
4th in the country — 2025 Australia's Strongest Man
Jihad built The Strength Base to be the gym he always wanted to train in — men's-only, open every hour, and run like a brotherhood. He competes at the top of the sport himself, climbing the national rankings every year and representing Lebanon on the international stage. A Master of Physiotherapy, he also runs The Strong Physio off the gym floor.
